Dengan menggunakan PromptScalpel di promptscalpel.my.id, kamu menyetujui syarat & ketentuan berikut. Jika kamu tidak setuju, mohon untuk tidak menggunakan layanan ini.

1. Deskripsi layanan

PromptScalpel adalah alat bantu prompt engineering berbasis web yang mengubah ide singkat menjadi master prompt terstruktur (Role, Task, Context, Reasoning, Stop Conditions, Output Format), dilengkapi fitur pengujian prompt (sandbox), library, dan galeri template. Output dihasilkan oleh model AI pihak ketiga dan kualitasnya dapat bervariasi; kamu bertanggung jawab meninjau hasil sebelum memakainya.

2. Model BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

Untuk pemakaian penuh, kamu menggunakan API key milikmu sendiri dari provider AI pilihanmu. Segala biaya yang timbul ke provider AI atas penggunaan key tersebut adalah tanggung jawab kamu sepenuhnya. Jaga kerahasiaan key kamu; kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyalahgunaan key yang berasal dari kelalaian pengguna, termasuk pemakaian di perangkat bersama.

3. Mode Demo

Mode Demo disediakan agar kamu bisa mencoba layanan tanpa API key, menggunakan key milik pengelola. Kuota Mode Demo terbatas (saat ini 3 kali per hari per pengguna) dan dapat berubah atau dihentikan sewaktu-waktu tanpa jaminan ketersediaan.

4. Kuota dan tier

Setiap akun memiliki kuota generate bulanan sesuai tier-nya (mis. Free: 10 kali per bulan). Besaran kuota, fitur per tier, dan struktur tier dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu dengan pemberitahuan melalui aplikasi.

5. Larangan penyalahgunaan

Dilarang melakukan spam, flooding, atau upaya membebani sistem secara tidak wajar (termasuk otomasi berlebihan dan upaya melewati kuota).
Dilarang menggunakan layanan untuk tujuan melanggar hukum, termasuk membuat konten ilegal, menipu, atau merugikan pihak lain.
Dilarang mencoba mengakses akun pengguna lain, mengeksploitasi celah keamanan, atau mengganggu integritas layanan.

Pelanggaran dapat berakibat pembatasan atau penghentian akses akun tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

6. Layanan "sebagaimana adanya"

Layanan disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" (as is) tanpa garansi apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk garansi ketersediaan tanpa gangguan, kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu, dan keakuratan hasil generate. Kami tidak menjamin output AI selalu benar, aman, atau sesuai kebutuhan kamu.

7. Batasan tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum yang berlaku, PreangerDev tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan layanan ini, termasuk kerugian akibat biaya API key ke provider pihak ketiga, keputusan yang diambil berdasarkan output AI, maupun gangguan layanan.

8. Hukum yang berlaku

Syarat & ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai hukum Republik Indonesia. Perselisihan diselesaikan terlebih dahulu secara musyawarah; bila tidak tercapai, melalui jalur hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.

By using PromptScalpel at promptscalpel.my.id, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

1. Service description

PromptScalpel is a web-based prompt-engineering tool that turns a short idea into a structured master prompt (Role, Task, Context, Reasoning, Stop Conditions, Output Format), with prompt testing (sandbox), a library, and a template gallery. Output is generated by third-party AI models and its quality may vary; you are responsible for reviewing results before using them.

2. BYOK model (Bring Your Own Key)

For full use, you use your own API key from your chosen AI provider. Any costs charged by the AI provider for the use of that key are entirely your responsibility. Keep your key confidential; we are not responsible for key misuse resulting from user negligence, including use on shared devices.

3. Demo Mode

Demo Mode lets you try the service without an API key, using the operator's key. Demo Mode quota is limited (currently 3 times per day per user) and may change or be discontinued at any time with no guarantee of availability.

4. Quotas and tiers

Each account has a monthly generation quota based on its tier (e.g. Free: 10 per month). Quota amounts, per-tier features, and the tier structure may change at any time with notice through the app.

5. Prohibited abuse

No spam, flooding, or otherwise unreasonably burdening the system (including excessive automation and quota circumvention).
No use of the service for unlawful purposes, including creating illegal content, fraud, or harming others.
No attempting to access other users' accounts, exploit security vulnerabilities, or disrupt the integrity of the service.

Violations may result in restriction or termination of account access without prior notice.

6. Service provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of generated output. We do not guarantee that AI output is always correct, safe, or suitable for your needs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PreangerDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service, including costs of API keys to third-party providers, decisions made based on AI output, or service interruptions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled amicably; failing that, through the applicable legal channels in Indonesia.
